Prepare before you write
- Your username (never your password).
- The date and time of the problem.
- Transaction references for deposits or withdrawals.
- Screenshots of error messages, balances or bonus terms.
- A one-sentence description of what you expected and what happened.
Templates that work
For a missing deposit: 'I paid RM[amount] by [FPX / DuitNow / Touch 'n Go eWallet] at [time] on [date], reference [number]. It has left my account but is not in my balance. Please confirm when it will be credited.' For a withdrawal: 'Withdrawal request [ID] made on [date] is still pending. Please tell me which step it is at and whether any document is outstanding.'
Get answers in writing
Chat is fast, but ask for important answers — about bonus rules, limits or refusals — to be confirmed in writing, and save the transcript. If there is a dispute later, a written record is the only evidence you have.
Red flags
- 'Support' contacting you first through personal messaging apps.
- Requests for your password, one-time codes or banking login.
- Requests to pay a fee to release a withdrawal.
- Links to log in again on a different address.
Genuine support does not need your password or codes. When in doubt, close the conversation and contact support through the site's own help page, typing the address yourself.
When support cannot help
Online gambling is an offence in Malaysia under the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953, and the Court of Appeal confirmed in October 2023 that the Act covers online gambling. If you prefer Bahasa Malaysia, ask whether support can reply in it; otherwise write in simple English and keep each message to one issue. Mixing a payment problem and a bonus question in one message usually slows both down.
